had a fantastic ride to Pelican Point on Sunday. Four first time “slow bicyclists” joined us for this new route. As you can see in the photo above, we even enjoyed a road-side stop at Kittrell’s and bought a little goodie from the honey cart. Kittrell’s products (soaps and honey) are also available at Rosie Blu’s in Fairhope, if you miss the stop along County Road 1. We ended the ride with a nice picnic and social dialog at Mullet Point by the bay. Good Times.
Next week we’ll ride on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. after the Fairhope Outdoors Market, Friday at 5:30 from the K-1 Center Park, Sunday at 3:00, and Memorial Day Monday at 4:00 p.m. – to be followed by a social gathering at the bluff concert by the Baldwin County Pops Band, which begins at 7:00 p.m. Stay tuned for details.
